Q: Are Tan & Tassel Designs Handmade?

A: Yes! Every piece of leather in Tan & Tassel Designs are tooled, plaited, painted and assembled completely by hand. 

Q: What kind of leather is used by Tan & Tassel?

A: Tan & Tassel uses only Genuine Leather and where possible purchases from Australian Tanneries and suppliers.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

A: Due to Covid-19, I am currently not holding pre-made stock and I am hand making all orders as they are placed through the website. Depending on the size and contents of the order , it may take me some time to complete. Currently I am working to dispatch orders within 7-10, unless I have a high volume in which case this may be extended. I am hoping to have this reduced as soon as possible.

 

Q: Do you accept Returns?

A: Unfortunately because of hygiene concerns, Tan & Tassel does not offer nor accept returns, exchanges or store credits on Jewellery. Apparel may be returned if incorrectly sized however will be at the cost of purchaser. Sizing charts are available on the product listings so please refer to them carefully before making a purchase. Products will be described to the best of my ability so please read the descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Q: Do you sell wholesale to Retailers?

A: Yes! Wholesale orders are welcome from 2020 onwards. Please contact me through the email form on the website to enquire about our wholesale terms.

 

Q: Are Tan & Tassel products Australian Made?

A:Yes! Aside from the hardware on some items, all products are made right here in the Tan & Tassel Workroom which is located in Queensland, Outback Australia.

 

Q: Will Tan & Tassel be supplying product as Sponsorship for Events and to Brand Ambassadors?

A: Due to Covid-19, Tan & Tassel will not be accepting further applications for Sponsorships. 
However, in regards to Collaborations and Brand Ambassadors, I will be offering this selectively throughout 2020. Please use the contact form to enquire.

 

Q: Does Tan & Tassel make custom orders?

A: Due to time constraints, unfortunately Tan & Tassel will not be offering custom services at this stage.
