Shipping & Handling
All orders are wrapped carefully with lots of tissue paper in an sturdy A5 post box before being enclosed in a small pre-paid AusPost satchel. The use of the larger boxes and tissue paper helps ensure the safe arrival of your jewellery. If your jewellery has been damaged by AusPost, please use the Contact Us form as soon as possible so I can try to resolve the problem.
Although I will always make every effort to ship your highly anticipated orders in a timely fashion there is a small wait for orders.
Due to Covid-19 I am currently hand making all orders as they are placed so please understand that you may need to allow up to ten (10) Days Handling Time before orders are dispatched (May be longer if I have a high volume of orders). This is on top of the postage time.
I am working on reducing this time back to the original 5 days as soon as possible.
Due to this fact however, Tan & Tassel offers both regular and express flat rate satchel to compensate and shipping is automatically combined at the checkout if you should like to purchase multiple items. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
